Terms of Service
Effective November 5, 2026
openSERP provides access to third-party search and page-fetching sources. Use the service lawfully, respect source rights and restrictions, and protect your account credentials. Do not use free quotas to evade limits or abuse the service.
Credits and usage
Credits are denominated in USD and are purchased in custom amounts of at least $5. Successful delivered searches and page fetches are billed at the final customer price quoted for your account. Account-specific pricing applies to new requests; completed requests keep their original recorded charges. Failed, empty or invalid results are not charged to the customer. Cache hits cost zero. Applicable spending caps limit customer charges; unexpected upstream amounts above the quote are absorbed.
Search results and their accuracy depend on third-party sources and can change. Availability, supported fields and response time vary. Cached results may be stale. Web content is untrusted and may contain inaccuracies or instructions that should not be executed.
Optional auto-recharge
When you enable auto-recharge, you authorize openSERP to charge your saved card for your chosen refill amount whenever your balance is below your chosen threshold, within your daily cap. At most one charge is in flight, with a 15-minute cooldown. You may disable future auto-recharges at any time in the console. Payment failures pause the option. Disabling it does not cancel a payment already in flight.
Refunds and account support
Contact l@rehmann.co about billing problems or unused-credit refund requests. Approved refunds and payment disputes adjust the service balance; a negative balance suspends paid usage until resolved. Credits are service credits and cannot be transferred to other accounts.
Service operation
We may restrict abusive or unlawful usage and change supported sources. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or completeness of third-party results. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
